I could eat salad for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I have cravings for it, perhaps I am half rabbit?
This is so delicious and one of my favorites.
Rocket, pear (nice ripe one), shavings of pecorino cheese, throw some toasted walnuts on too or sometimes I use toasted sliced almonds. Mix together some olive oil, teaspoon of honey & a teaspoon of Dijon or wholegrain mustard. Then shake, shake, shake your dressing. Do some some Pro Hart swirls over the salad and crack a bit of pepper over it. Voila!! So good!
